There is a separate pool for children and around the pool is a sun deck with sun loungers, partly covered by a pergola.

The grounds are fully fenced and equipped with an electronic gate. Due to its central location, various supermarkets, schools and popular spots such as Mambo Beach and Punda can be reached within five minutes.

The rent of the property is ANG 4000,- per month including resort fees, but excluding electricity, water and garbage disposal. The minimum rental period is 12 months, with 1 month deposit.
