The resort has a gorgeous private beach, spacious communal swimming pool and features 24/7 security.

In the last years this neighborhood has developed so much, it’s very central, close to anything you might need. There aren’t many apartments so centrally located with direct beach access.

Currently we have this unit available. The apartment has 3 bedrooms, each room it’s own bathroom and a guest toilet is available as well. The master bedroom has a spacious walk in closet. The kitchen is fully equipped with build in microwave and oven, there is a dishwasher available as well.

Near the entrance there is a laundry/storage space with a wash machine and dryer available for the tenant to use.

The apartment has central air conditioning. However, when you leave the front door and the terrace door open you can enjoy a delightful breeze which makes it unnecessary to make use of the air-conditioning during the day.
