This area is connected to the main living and kitchen area through a corridor that has bedrooms on each side. Once you enter the main sitting room that is minimally decorated with matching roof beams, kitchen island and mahogany wooden dining table, you can cook a meal on one side or sit and relax on the comfy couch on the other side of the space. The main area actually has an attached space towards the front of the house, divided by three concrete beams that takes you into an area where you can relax in the hammock or sit at the table with your computer.
Rest & Fresh Up
The bedrooms are spacious, approximately 16 square meters, with their Portuguese old-style ceramic tiles they might remind you of days gone by. While the bathrooms are modern and have both been recently renovated, each in their own style, one is modern-chic, whereas the other is minimalistic almost industrial with its concrete walls and floor. There are two main bedrooms that are symmetrical and opposite each other, connected to their respective bathrooms. One of these bedrooms plus bathrooms on the left side of the house has its own entrance and kitchenette as this was previously used as studio space and grants the opportunity for full privacy within the house. The third bedroom is just a little smaller in size, located at the back of the house.
Please note: the home is furnished, however not all furniture and art on the pictures are included.
Furthermore, The property can be entered through an electric gate, leading into the garage and the bathrooms have warm water.
